This was, by far, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. From the ordering of my truck with Michael Welch (Welsh?), to updates from Matt, the friendliness of the staff (including Mike Shane), to finance with Mike V., everything went smooth and hassle free. I would (and already have) recommend Capital and its staff for future purchases. Excellent job!!

Emeka was very good at explaining everything I needed to know for buying my new truck. He showed me almost every truck on the lot and was very patient while I was making my decision, even staying after hours to make sure I was being taken care of. It was very important for me to not feel rushed. He explained features and made me feel very comfortable to ask any questions. If I send anyone to buy a car at Capital Ford I will tell them to ask for Emeka.

Jim was extremely attentive and courteous. He showed that he cared about our needs and finances. What could not be done that day was followed through with the next day as promised. I am very poor with remembering names, but the gentleman who handled the financing saved me quite a bit of money by finding an employer discount that I was unaware of. I could not be more pleased.

Terri was more than excellent. He was patient and thoughtful, considering that I had just totaled my car. Some salespeople can be more concerned about the sale itself and that's not a good feeling. Terri wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase. Thank you Terri for your professionalism.

I was pleased with the service from both Mike and Skeet and was totally comfortable until I had to deal with Vic in finance. He was difficult to understand and extremely pushy.
