I had been thru the ringer looking for my 5.0 Convertible Mustang. I received amazing personal service and wanted for nothing while at the dealership. They worked with me on the price and helped get into the vehicle!

We initially order the vehicle in February. No one kept us up to date. We call almost monthly and was told the vehicle will be come in 6 weeks. When they never really odered it. It just took to long. Costco advised I should see the msrp with their discount and logo. MITCHEL advise don't have that so I will take that up with Costco. MITCHEL promised us over the phone they will honor the price quote in Feb which they didn't. I had to argue to get a better price. Took a lot of back and forth. I did ask to speak to his manager but i guess he didnt want to talk to me. He never came to speak to us. MITCHEL just kept going back and forth. You also forgot to include our down payment until we brought it up. The paperwork took process took way too long. I provided Mitchell a printout of the pre inspection from your website. Your dealership didn't honor it. So not sure why you would have that offer on your website. Seems like fraud to me so I will be looking into that with consume affairs. Overall the experience wasn't the best. Very fustration

This was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. Everyone at the dealership was so nice to me. I was very sad and depressed but I heard this a great place to go. No one who try to take advantage of me. Kenny was wonderful to work with. The finance managers gave me a great deal. I will recommend Capital Ford to everyone I meet. I love Capital Ford. You guys are the greatest.

I went to Capital Ford because of a recall on a vehicle I had purchased there some time ago and Ron started telling me about the opportunities and benefits of trading up. I told him what I would expect for a new vehicle and he took me around looking at many vehicles until I saw the one with the features I wanted and the perfect color as well. The total process took approximately 90min from start to finish and he even filled the tank up for me. Great experience, will definitely consider Capital Ford and Ron for my next vehicle purchase.
