Ty was fantastic to work with, and Capital Ford made me an incredible deal. I would work with Ty and Capital again in the future. The ONLY gripe I have is that I was not informed until late in the process that I would lose a $1,000 rebate if I didn't finance the car through Ford. I had planned on paying cash. That should be disclosed up front. Apart from that, though, I enjoyed working with Ty as much or more than any car sales person I've had.

Ty was exceptional accommodating my scheduling and purchase requirements. I walked out with exactly the car I wanted, with a non-traditional trade-in.
