We had a fantastic experience from end to end. We started shopping around on Saturday and built and submitted a car via TrueCar on Sunday. Shaun reached out to us Sunday night via e-mail and I followed up with him on Monday. From there I stopped in for a test drive, and came back with my wife on Tuesday night to look at vehicles, options and numbers. We asked for some time to think it over and found the dealership to be respectful of that decision. After taking some time, we decided to get the car on Thursday -- Shaun and Brian were both very flexible with my time. I came in around 1pm and was out the door with a new Mustang in about an hour and a half. It was the smoothest experience I've had buying a car in the last 10 years (4 total cars between me and my wife). Brian was informative with our financing and leasing options, and we ended up choosing the executive lease option. All said, we left Capital Ford with a new car basically before any other dealer established contact with us. If we decide on a Ford for our next car, we'll definitely return to Capital Ford.

My sales person was working with too many customers at one time. The focus should be in the present customer. The buying time was entirely too long. I am still waiting to hear back from the dealership about the windshield because it has a crack in it.

I filled out the paperwork the night ahead on line. I am a returning customer at your dealership. I arrived at allotted time of 10.30 am and waited over 2 hours without getting any paperwork started so I literally was about to get in my old car and drive away when Shannon ran and got me. I did not get out of the dealership until about 1.30pm UNBELIEVABLE!
