I contacted Capital Ford of Raleigh after getting the run around from capital ford of charlotte (Sales person said there would be no costs associated with turning in my leased escape to purchase a f150. in the end they were adding $3500.00 to the price of the truck) Shannon was prompt in getting back with me and getting me all the numbers. After arriving in Raleigh, after a 2 1/2 hr. drive, Shannon and the Finance guy were the fastest I have had in getting me in the new truck, turning in the lease vehicle and getting me back on the road.

This the 3rd vehicle I have purchased through Shannon at Capital Ford. He really made my buying experience excellent. I feel he goes out of his way to make the best possible deal happen. I am a repeat customer because of Shannon.

Excellent experience over all. David was great. The only place I found lacking was that my new car was not properly cleaned. The interior had not been wiped down properly and the person who cleaned it used a dirty rag because I had to clean the exterior and the interior mirrors so that I could see properly. They were streaked by a dirty cleaning rag. The inside door pillars were also dirty as was all of the interior wood trim.

It was great ,found the van I wanted at a great price.

CJ is a class act, his knowledge of the 2015 Ford F-150 is beyond approach. He is the consummate professional.
