Great experience with the sales person. But when it came to trying to figure out what I could pay per month, the finance manager gave me a hard time. Wanted me to pay more than what was in my budget.

Mr. Sharpe was the type of Salesperson you dream of having! He was very polite, knowledgeable. Not once was Terry ever pushy, he was there for what I wanted! Answered all questions, suggested I take the vehicle home to show the spouse, even if I didn't purchase the SUV. My son was so impressed with the way we were treated , he is also working with Mr. Sharpe to purchase a New Ford also! Mr. Vick, finance officer was great, I had worked with him back in 2003 when I purchased a Ford truck. Great sense of humor, assisted us to ensure we understood details of the sale. It was just a fantastic transition from beginning to the purchase of the vehicle. Also, the Sales Manager was very helpful during the process. hats off to the Capital Ford Team!

If it had not been for Ty or the Costco partnership, we probably wouldn't have bought the vehicle. We were driving through on our way to vacation and decided that it was the right deal for us.

Roger was our sales person and did a great job of showing the attributes of the F150. I communicated with him sevaeral times and he was prompt and courteous. You sold me the car because I felt like Roger was working for me.

Justin was absolutely great. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and totally customer oriented. All sales staff ,should be like him. One day I hope he gets his own dealership. I think that the last hour I was at the dealership was a bit slow...waiting for gas and a car wash was awfully time consuming. Other than that, I had a great experience. Thank you!

Checked online to see the used Ford Focus vehicles available in Raleigh, and Capital Ford had the largest number of available vehicles within the price range that I had established for myself. Also wanted to find a Certified Pre-Owned Ford Focus if at all possible. Upon arriving at the dealership, my son and I were approached by a salesman, who showed us the various Ford Focus vehicles on the lot ~ he then left to assist another customer, but assured us that he would be right back ~ after passing on several other sales people who offered to help, we asked Scott Baum to obtain the key for one Ford Focus so that we could drive the vehicle. Scott then stayed with us throughout the process, which was lengthier than I had anticipated, but recognized that the showroom was full of people buying cars that day, and we were offered refreshments during our wait. I was also impressed by Kevin Davis during the 'financial' portion of the actual purchase.

The best most professional car purchase I have ever experienced. The salesman and finance guy were just the most helpful I have ever seen. Thanks for a super job.
