My husband and visited Capital Ford Capital Blvd during Memorial Day weekend. I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord. My sales person was Tony Watson. There was great difficulty in the air conditioning working correctly with this car. But Tony our salesman worked very diligently in resolving the problem. It was to my satisfaction that Tony consulted with Mark in management, to finally get me into my car that I had purchased. Unfortunately, my husband an I decided it was not acceptable for me to keep this car. I want to applaud Mark, Tony, and Larry for going the extra mile in making me feel like I was a valuable customer. I purchased another car and I'm enjoying it. There was some difficulty at first with the car that I had chosen, but Tony Watson worked tiredlessly in resolving the issue surrounding the vehicle . I applaud him and Mr. Saint Lawrence for being so kind and knowledgeable about your company reputation about taking care of the customer . My experience with Marty an office manager, was very pleasant as well. He assured me and my husband that we would be taken care of. Ron was very knowledgeable of your inventory and was a pleasure to work with him. My son who works for McDonald's recommended that we come there, I wasn't really interested in a Ford but I found the technology refreshing and the professionalism of your staff very impressive. I also enjoyed the young lady who went through the Fusion with us and reviewed the different processes

Excellet/ Except l did not receive my floor mats and also my l see under the hood. I coming today to receive my floor mats as promised.

Too much time is wasted trying to get a deal. Back and forth. Customer time is important as well
