Went to Capital Ford after work on 7/2/15 to finish deal but when I got there the vehicle had been sold. I had already put $2000 down on Tueday evening & even signed paperwork on 6/30/15. Will need to find me another vehicle with the 2 colors I like and get me ggod deal since this was sold before I had gooten there on the evening of 7/2/15. Not happy.

your processes are flawed. It took me 4 hours to purchase a car, unacceptable!.. I have good credit which clearly wasn't the issue.

Excellent- 5 stars. Mike Porter is a wonderful sales reprsentative. He was very patient, attentive and responsive. I contacted him online and he immediately contacted me back and continued to follow- up with me throughout the process. He also was very helpful with providing me all the details and steps throughout the entire process and went over and beyond on delivering my vehicle, which has exceeded my expectations. I explained to him that I had a bad experience with Capital Ford years ago, but he has defnitely changed my experience and I have already recommended a family member to him. Kevin Davis was also very pleasant to work with and answered all questions and concerns I had regarding financing. These are a wonderful team of representative and I value the positive experience and I will be sure to share with my friends, co-workers and family, if they are ever in the market for a new vehicle. Kudos to Mike Porter for such a wonderful customer experience.
