Overall, I had the greatest car purchasing experience with Mr. Jim Pitts. He was absolutely awesome. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or pressured into buying a car. He was able to understand exactly what I wanted in a car, such as the features and monthly payment range. Upon arriving at Capital Ford on the second time, he had found the car that I had been looking for. He even came in on his day off (July 4th). His professionalism and expertise was beyond my expectations. I've never purchased a car without my mother being a part of the transaction, however, she was out of town and I made the purchase by myself because Mr. Pitts made me feel comfortable and not once did I feel taken advantage of. He thoroughly explained the features of my car, linked my phone to Bluetooth and made sure that I was completely satisfied and if I wasn't, he would have gone to other Capital dealerships to ensure that I would be satisfied. From the first day that I met Mr. Pitts, I felt in my heart that he was trustworthy, honest and an expert. He exemplified the characteristics of a great salesman. He is of great value to the Capital family. After the transaction was completed, he took me to the service center to meet Mr. Thomas Golden and he reassured that if I had any problems, my car would be taken care of. During the financial transaction, Mike Vevurka from the business office was outstanding. As for mentioned, being a first time buyer (financing in my name only), he thoroughly explained my options for extended warranties and insurances. Options that I did not understand he took time to make sure that I did. Most of all, the transaction was done in a timely manner. I live two hours away and purchasing a car can be very time consuming, however, Mike and Jim understood that my time was valuable and the transaction took less time than I had anticipated. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my Acura from Capital Ford. All of the salespersons genuinely seemed happy to help and satisfy their customers. I felt as if I really mattered, and not just another customer helping a salesperson make commission. I will definitely recommend Capital Ford to others. Lastly, Mr. Tim Michael, President of Capital Ford, you should feel proud in knowing that your employees at Capital Ford are outstanding and provided exemplary service.

Educate your sales people on your product. I know more about your cars/trucks than they do & I haven't been on a Ford lot in 4 yrs.

Staff was courteous and professional and the waiting area was quite comfortable. I'd like for Capital Ford to be my personal shop as long as I have my Ford truck.

To whom it may concern, I had serious issues with Capital Nissan in Wilmington, NC. I called Capital Ford in Raleigh and a nice sales person named Wes(Internet Manager) answered the phone. He sat and listened to me for 30 minutes go on and on about my horrible experience with the service dept, and Sales Manager @ Capital Nissan. I was almost in tears with not knowing who I needed to call after 4 grueling months. Wes assured me everything was going to be Ok and he would personally go to the owner Tim Michael and deliver my email I forward to him. He kept his word, 2 days later Capital Nissan came and picked up my Murano. Wes went above and beyond what he needed to do. After all I wasn't purchasing a car from him or Capital Ford but he was still eager to help and make me feel at ease that everything would be taken care of! Now, that's a loyal, driven, hardworking , professional Salesman! Thank you Wes.I will be asking for him the next time I purchase a vehicle. Amanda Moody
