AUSTIN WILLIAMS AND STEWART HILL AT THE CAPITAL FORD SERVICE CENTER WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! THEY NOT ONLY TOOK CARE OF MY 2011 FORD FOCUS' PROBLEM, BUT SHOWED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME AND MY THREE CHILDREN AS WELL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE MY VEHICLE SERVICED THERE. I CAN SEE WHY THEIR LOBBY IS FILLED WITH SO MANY SERVICE AWARDS...THEY ARE WELL DESERVED!!!

My sales associate is THE best!!! Not only did Mr. Simmons sell my daughter her first car, he also sold me MY first car and we are BOTH extremely pleased with our purchases! I am a person that doesn't like pressure, I want what I want and Richard Cappelletti is the man to see. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he represents and is an asset to Capital Ford. If you want honesty and integrity I would highly recommend Richard.

I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Capital Ford again! I was rushed throught the process because it was the end of the day for the saleperson, felt like I was talked into something I couldn't afford, the car was not completely clean or full of gas when handed over to me, I recieved way too many phones calls and emails after the purchase, and I definitely was sold a Lemon of a car! The car broke down twice within the first few months and one thing after another started going wrong within the first year! I know it was a used car, but I bought a used vehicle from Crossroads Ford, 8 years ago, and I didn't have any probelems or have to fix anything on it for the first 2 years a owned it and it is STILL running today!!!! I love Fords, but my experience at Capital Ford was terrible!

The staff at Capital Ford did a great job of helping me find the right car, and the right financing.Dave Lachmann was my salesman and he was very calm and low pressure. I found what I needed in their used car inventory and was on the road the next day. They were even able to track down a second key from the prior owner and get it to me after the sale. I would do business with these guys again.

Stopped in for quick lube oil change on cpo car. Very quick! Clarence Ferguson Sales Manager even pointed me in right location and helped facilitate. I was kept up to date by both service writers.
