"Chicago" Joe Intini was very responsive, patient, and easy to work with. We negotiated almost everything via e-mail, which made the experience low stress, manageable (with work, kids, etc), and successful. The entire process was the most pleasant experience I've had purchasing a car. Chicago was even willing to come in on his day off (a Sunday) so that we could test drive the 2013 Ford Fusion we ultimately purchased that day. Jesse Pridgen in finance was also extremely easy and enjoyable to work with, as well as responsive the day-after-the-purchase when I had a question. The dealership in general seems to have its act together and I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a brand new 2009 Escape Hybrid back in May 2009 at Capital Ford, and it was my first ever Ford purchase. One week ago I was in an accident due to another driver failing to yield. I told the insurance that under no circumstances was my Escape to go anywhere other than Capital Ford because nobody else has ever serviced it, but my Escape was beyond repair and totaled. What did I do? I went to Capital Ford yesterday and replaced it with a 2013 Escape Titanium 4WD. This was the first time in my 26 years of car ownership that I was a repeat customer of ANY automobile manufacturer. Why? Because I NEVER had ANY problems at all with my 2009 Escape, and the service I've always received from EVERYONE at Capital Ford has ALWAYS been TOP-NOTCH!
