I have only used Mike Porter! I have bought several cars from him. He is the only one I trust and he is honest and a Christian. Through the deals he will keep me updated. When the managers are not in a good mood or pleasant to deal with he keeps calm under pressure and keeps on it he doesn't give up. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I guess i had my heart set on one Escape and had to settle for another. I like the SUV i purchased but really hate the fact i walked away from the one i wanted because i wasn't willing to pay 50.00 dollars more a month and Vic could not come up with a way to make my payment come down 50.00 dollars a month. A simple return phone call. Just value your clients time. Service dept here is worst than I ever had to deal with. No return calls. Passing you off to one advisor to the next. I wish I could have purchased my car somewhere that you get treated the same way the first day thinking about buying a car to the next phase when you need it service.

I have been contemplating getting a new vehicle for a while now and I always wanted to start with Capital Ford. I purchased my Ford Expedition from here in February 2003 and I absolutely loved my truck. It has carried me almost 230K miles. When I came here, my sales representative was Kevin Braswell. I've visited several places for my next vehicle as you can imagine, but the customer service experience I received from Kevin was great! He really listened to my needs and got me the vehicle I wanted and didn't try to force me to take something I didn't really want. Kevin constantly searched for vehicles and sent me things he thought fit the bill and ultimately landed on the car me and my three boys can be happy with --- hopefully for another 10+ years :) Thanks Kevin and thank you Capital Ford!
