I was searching at first for a used vehicle and Doug was a very helpful salesman. He let me ask any questions, along with just let me search myself. Let's see, you screwed up the VIN so I couldn't register. After giving me the runaround I had to drive up there for you to straighten it out. I had to pay a $50 fine for your error and then had to fight you guys for a month to get reimbursed even though you said "no problem". Car was missing the battery cover....you guys said "no problem, we'll get you one...." That was 3 years ago, still haven't seen it even with repeated calls. Disappointing, especially from such a large dealership.
