I came in to Capital Ford with an expectation on customer service and what I could afford. Tony K in sales and Mike in Finance were absolutely amazing. They worked hard and fast to meet my financial requirements, and Tony was constantly updating me on what was going on. His customer service was great. Mike in Finance did every possible thing he could do to make sure I could afford the vehicle I had selected, his customer service was also great! After having a bad experience with Crossroads Ford, I am convinced that Capital Ford is the way to go.

I came in today ready for an upgrade on my truck. I will have to say hands down this was an all star experience I received today. Brought a vehicle in to be serviced for a friend. Met Bubba Liles, what a great guy. He showed me all about one of the trucks on the showroom floor. He did an excellent job explaining everything !!! ( being a Woman.... I have to say I understood everything he explained!!!! Go figure!! Amazed at all the great stuff I saw! Thinking about dragging my husband in here so he can see this!!!
