We were served by Steven Barnett who assisted us in answering many questions that we had about the 2014 Ford products. We own a 2002 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition and he brought us up to date on the changes on a 2014 Ford Explorer. He was patient because my wife and I had many questions. We had a coupon for $50.00 if we took a test drive. This was given to us at the Ford Display at the Raleigh Auto Show held at the NC Fair Grounds. Since the model we test drove was not the model that we wanted, he had one shipped from another dealership. We purchased that car. He had trouble redeeming our Gift Certificate for $ 50.00. We still are not in receipt of that card. Small item, but not delivered.. I have a credit rating of 818 and your floor people somewhat misrepresented what I could get as a rate for my car loan. They need more of an education on how to answer questions about car loans or refer the customer to your credit department. I am giving you my experience as I recall it. Everything went very well but some items can be improved. I look forward to sharing the next few years as a valued customer of Capital Ford. Joe Bukowski
