5 Star Sales Review

I had never been to Capital Ford. I did own a Ford, a 2011 Fiesta, but because we live only a couple of miles from Crossroads Ford, we purchased our Fiesta there. Makes sense. However, I was curious about the Costco auto purchase program, so I went to Capital to look at the pricing of Fusion hybrids. The price was right, the trade-in price for the Fiesta reasonable (though I knew I could do better, I went for convenience), but best of all, my sales person, Terri Rogers, was terrific. Customer relations and service is paramount to me, and she was what sealed the deal for me. I believe that had I gone to a dealer and haggled and pushed and pulled, I might have saved a few more dollars (maybe), but I wanted a stress-free experience and got it at Capital Ford. In fact, every one of your people I spoke with was personable and professional. I liked that. Because I'm now retired, I don't mind the extra mikes and time to get to your place for service. If your service matches the experience I had purchasing the Fusion, you'll keep me as a customer.

0 Star Sales ReviewThe Salesman started at $15000 for a car on the Capital Ford Website advertised for $12,995. He wrote the car up for $13,995 and after negotiating for over an hour, we bought the car for 12,885. I talked to the sales man on Monday, he said there was nothing he could do. I spoke to his manager and he gave me back $500. I still feel we are $500 off. Maybe your sales staff should check the website, before starting negotiations?
