Great salesman great truck

Our overall buying experience was outstanding. Our sales person (Jason Griffith) was hands down the best we've had in 30 years of purchasing vehicles. Our financing was handled by Vick who was relaxed, knowledgeable and inviting.

Overall,very positive. I really don't like the car buying process, but I liked the low key approach of Reuben. I think we got a fair deal( at least I hope so!)

Jason Griffith was superb. From the second I walked into the showroom, he was nothing but professional, friendly, informative and kind. I went in to get my Focus inspected and inquire about some body work and trading up on our lease, and by the time I left, I knew buying a new car was the right decision because of all the expert advice we were given as well as effective answers to every single question we had about our current leased Focus and other options. When we sat to work with Vic on the finances, he was such a pleasure to be around! Fun, funny, smart, direct, and extremely helpful in our decision-making process. I just purchase another vehicle from Ford and its something wrong with the vehicle concerning the CD player. But, their working to give me some kind of help. Other than that the experience was fine.
