3 Star Sales Review

Our friend Mike Potter was great, however once we got in the back we felt like everything changed. However we were so tired of spending so many hours there we were just ready to leave with a vehicle.

5 Star Sales Review

The experience that I had was goof, but not perfect. My son and I were buying him a car and it was a true learning experience for my 21 yr old at the same time. If there was anything Capital Ford could do: Provide the best possible price when selling a used or new car. I am 54 years old and purchase cars every other year. The Salesman & Manager were not honest in giving their best & lowest price for a used auto with 7600 miles. Similar to Banks, the techniques used was, in my opinion, was an attempt to penalize a young person by getting the highest possible price and/or interest rate for a car because of their inability of establishing credit. I purchased my 1st auto, in my name, at age 18 - yrs old. I would also recommend to stop using the tactic as all other dealerships by trying to make the customer pay the sticker price. Of the 14-16 cars I have ever purchased, I have never paid sticker value. At 18, that tip came from a Chrysler Salesman who helped me buy my 1st auto. It is common knowledge that a previously own car looses its' sticker price value. But, to have Sales people attempt to "stick it" to tge customer, then lie to them that you can't offer any discounts t is bad and makes a customer want to leave and go to a different dealer who may give the best deal. We had one that would cut their price by $2100, but my son did not want an all white car. If cars must be sold by sticker price only, then why have multiple salesmen? It would be a waste of money and that savings could be passed down to the customer.
