I had a loan set up with my bank, but my dealer (Larry) was unable to tell me the proper documents he need to finalize the deal. It was frustrating but we eventually made it work.

Justin was GREAT. We enjoyed working with him - he was very pleasant and helpful. Answered all our questions and we were very happy with the experience.

I felt I needed to replace my 2013 F150 due to the service department not being able to resolve my issues. I was spending too much time trying to get it fixed so I traded it in for a 2014 to get past the issues. I would have liked more of a discount because of my inconveniences. My next truck might not be a Ford. I have told many of my co-workers @ IBM about my experience with my previous truck.

Went to buy truck and had issues with financing. Told by finance manager that would have to wait until Monday to find out options. Yet to hear back from dealer. Also truck is no longer available in inventory. Will not return to Capital Ford ever especially since we drove an hour and a half to give the dealer our business. Poor lack of communication and fight for customers. Poor trade in values when advertise top dollar.
