I was please with the service I received up through the finance part of the deal. Once it was time for me to get my vehicle I had to wait over a hour and a half for the detail dept. to clean it. It was a brand new vehicle, it shouldn't of taken so long. I was considered a VIP customer. I thought Shannon should of sent the vehicle for clean up as soon as he knew I was qualified through the finance dept. All I got for my troubles was a "sorry it took so long the we're backed up", and a cheap tote bag.

Rodney Glass was our sales person, I would rate him five stars, he always answered our questions or got the answer for us, Rodney walked us through the complete process and was a gentleman in everyway. We also worked with Don Estes and James Bennett who were also true gentlemen. Jesse Pridgen handled the financing, he was very professional and represented Capital Ford in a positive manner. Overall they made it a pleasure to purchase our Ford at Capital For.

I found the Escape on the internet. It was exactly what I was looking for. I met the used car manager first and he turned me over to Larry Harris. I drove the Escape and after a short while, approx. 2 - 3 hours later my wife and I were heading home in our new vehicle. Every person we dealt with were just as friendly and helpful as they could be. As I was waiting to close the deal I could smell the popcorn popping. I got up and walked over to the machine and there was another Capitol Ford person getting some popcorn. He saw me, asked me how I was doing and then gave me his popcorn. That doesn't sound like a lot but it certainly meant something to me.. Great job Capital Ford!!!!!

Wonderful!! Couldn't have been any smoother. The whole team was wonderful and our salesman, Scott Baum "The Car Man" went above and beyond. The best car buying experience I have ever had. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!!!!
