My only complaint was the amount of time for my truck to be cleaned and prepared for my departure. It was a cold rainy Saturday so I am some what understanding.

It was very good. The salesman, Ron Clifton, was friendly, helpful, and nice without being pushy or demanding. The others involved in the process were also friendly and helpful. The waiting during the "numbers" process was made easier because of the comfortable waiting area available.
