Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I didn't feel as though I couldn't trust that the staff was trying to swindle me.

CJ did a great job of communicating in the manner that I requested. Didn't bother me with phone calls. Email communication was good. Also nice to meet our back door neighbor Tim.

A better experience might have been possible if the dealership was respesented in a more honest manner. Instead, I was lied to and lost money due to the sales tactics I faced while dealing with Capitol Ford. I will not refer anyone to this dealership; instead, I am spreading the word about my negative buying experience.
