We were not told until we were there to do the final paper work that it was going to be $500 more because the rebate amount had changed. I find it hard to believe that sales did not know this beforehand. We should have been informed during any of the 4 earlier phone calls. The document clearly showed the expiration date of the "current" rebate. Why would that had not been avaluable to all dealers with the "previous" rebate? I plan to contact Ford directly.
