The selection of the vehicle, the selling process the sales representative conducted and the closing paper work was outstanding. However, the next day I observed a coolant leak on my driveway and upon investigation found coolant leaking down onto the skid plate and pooling on the ground. Called to get an appointment and got an immediate customer service rep on "chat"...told her the problem and she sent me to the on-line service scheduling...I could have done that by myself...I thought, since I had just bought the truck 48 hours earlier, that I could get it in sooner...no luck until Friday...I won't drive it until then. Still like the truck...just pointing out customer service nuances.
