I was very pleased with Jimmy's service. He gave me a quote and told me about how long it would take to be fixed. He called to give me an update during the process. My car was fixed sooner than expected and the cost of the repairs was less than quoted. I have a red Escape, and the paint job was awesome. I love my car, and I love the service that I receive at Capital Ford. Oh, I asked if the oil could be changed while the car was there...DONE!

Everyone at capital ford conducted themselves in a very professional manner and i am satisfied with my purchase. The only thing that was missed in the delivery of the truck was that several light bulbs were not working, the battery was strapped down with a bungee cord and the rear tail light on the passenger side has a hole in it (it was promised by the salesman to replace it---have not heard from him). This is the second vehicle that my family has purchased from capital ford and i would recommend others to shop there.
