I was looking for another vehicle and I have a 2008 Ford Fusion and I fell in love with the car. I decided my next car was going to be a Ford Fusion. I came into the dealership and was met by Jason Griffith and we test drove the car that I wanted and he was so professional and had so much knowledge that he shared with me. I just walked in off the street and had no clue that Jason a gentleman that I grew up with would be assisting me. Best experience ever ! I won't buy another car anywhere else.

Fantastic! Julie, our salesperson. was great. She braved the very very cold windy temps with us and helped us find the perfect car for our daughter. The negotiating and the paperwork process were fine as well. I will recommend all my friends to Julie. When we picked up the car it was clean and ready to roll. I guess the only negative is the fact that today ( we picked it up yesterday afternoon) the maintenance minder light came on - time for an oil change. Wish that were caught before we picked it up.

Capital Ford was extremely accommodating. I knew I my current vehicle didnt have enough equity in it as I would need to purchase a new vehicle. I had bought an Infiniti JX35 2.5 years prior. This was a major mistake. The truck was nothing but problems. The service department at the other dealership treated me terribly and NEVER addressed any of my concerns. I explained my desire to get out of the Infinity with my sales person. Capital Ford allowed me to take an Escape home overnight. We waited for the financing decisions. In speaking with the Sales Manager, Finance Manager and my sales person, Emeka, the next day, they explained the issue with the Infiniti. It just didnt have any resale value. I told them of all of the issues I had with the Infiniti dealership. They were amazed! They even lied to me about replacing a blown speaker. Infiniti unplugged it and said NOTHING. I guess they hoped I wouldnt notice. Capital Ford did everything possible. I cannot believe how much they gave me for the Infiniti!!! I could not be happier. I am finally out of the dealership from Hell! I am a very happy, proud owner of a new Ford Escape!! I will gladly recomend Capital Ford to anyone that will listen. I could not be more grateful! THANK YOU SO MUCH CAPITAL FORD!!!!

I came to Capital Ford looking for a used truck. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by a salesman name CJ, He asked me if I needed help and proceeded to take me around the lot to look at trucks. CJ was very friendly, knowledgeable and listen intently to the specifics needs I was looking for in a truck. We found the perfect truck in my price range for me to purchase, We then sat down and negotiated a price I thought was within reason and fair, I Proceeded to the finance department and the deal was completed. I want to personal thank CJ (salesman) Mr. Bennett (sales manager) and Mr. Pridgen (finance manager) for their excellent customer service they provided me with.
