Jason Voss was easy to deal with - he listened to what I wanted and delivered on his promise of an easy purchase experience. He didn't try to upsell me on option packages that I didn't want or need. He did not include incentives/rebates that I would not qualify for in the quote. The trade-in inspection was quick and my keys returned to me immediately. The sales process took less than 45 minutes and Jason was not going back & forth to his Sales Mgr to answer questions. He knew what I wanted, what price I wanted to pay, and took this to his manager once for approval. He beat every other offer by $750 and won the deal because he was easy to deal with. I have visited numerous dealers (various brands) over the past few weeks looking for this next work car. I spent hours in other dealers "negotiating" with salespeople that continued to offer cars or option packages I did NOT want. A few dealers continued to include an finance incentive knowing that I would not be financing the vehicle. All of the other dealers retained the keys to my trade-in until I spoke with the sales manager to "see what we could do to make this work". I waited at one dealer for an additional 40 minutes because they couldn't find the Used Car Mgr that had my keys. Meanwhile, the sales person continued to sit with me and kept offer suggestions on why I would be happier with the lesser equipped version or another model.

Everyone I worked with was very nice and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my first car-buying experience!
