Over all experience was great. Julie my sales rep was very nice and took her time to make sure I understood all the functions of my new car before I drove off. She also worked very hard to get me a great deal.

I was completely lied to!! I purchased a "NEW" escape and was told it was a DEMO that had 2500 miles on it. The Finance Manager is the one who lied!! He also didn't put in my correct email into the system so that a survey wouldn't come to me! This dealership is a bunch of liars. I pulled my car fax to sell my car, that's how I learned it was a used car!!! Beyond upset!!! Going on every site to bad mouth you all, also canceling my Extended warranty to make sure I can recoup at least something for this blatant unprofessional and manipulative Dealership!! Social media here I come!!

Fairly frustrated that I am having trouble getting information re/ my extended care warranty that I was sold when I bought my car last year. Noone at Capital seems able to outline my coverage and terms and they keep directing me to the Honda Dealership.. The Honda Dealership is clueless also re/ my warranty and has directed me BACK to Capital Ford as they sold me the warranty. Can anyone help me get a copy of my extended care warrant that I paid 3600.00 for???
