1 Star Service Review
So far my experience with Capital Ford has not been up to par and I haven't even made it to the dealership yet. I did online chat with an adviser on Saturday in which she said she would speak with the Service manager and have someone call me because it was after hours. I heard nothing from no one on Monday. The triangle area was experiencing some inclement weather today (Tuesday) and I called to speak with an adviser about the experience I was having with my F150 and to see if they thought it was safe to drive. The adviser was pretty much useless in that she did not appear to know much of anything and left it up to my discretion. I told her I was mainly calling to speak with a mechanic and was told that the mechanics could not come to the phone and that advisers all had customers in front of them. So this tells me that Capital Ford does not consider you a customer unless you are physically there in their face. My suggestions to Capital Ford are: 1) Don't call them advisers and refer people to them if they are not knowledgeable about the product you sell. 2) If you expect people to spend their hard earn money at your establishment, they should be considered and treated as a customer whether they are physically there or not. 3) Honor your word. If your advisers say they will have someone contact a customer, have someone contact the customer.
