My experience was great but unfortunately the 2014 Fiat 500L I purchased is already in the shop due to a leak in the transmission and I haven't even had the car long enough to make a payment on it. I am currently driving a loner car provided by Capital Ford, which I received when I brought the car back, I am vey disappointed in the vehicle I was sold. Obviously, the car was not inspected well prior to selling. Now the salesman is trying to sell me another vehicle....Not pleased!!

The dealership was very helpful handling the trade-in, gave us a good price and delivered on my schedule.

We have purchased a Ford Edge about a year ago and loved the service then. I was in the market for a new truck and my wife and I both decided to go to Capital Ford as we have had nothing but outstanding service from everyone from the receptionist to the sales force (Scott) to the finance manager.. this team of people really care about making sure that I am comfortable with a purchase and have everything that I want (and even stuff I didn't even consider)

I used your internet service department and Ty was great to work with. You didn't have the vehicles on the the internet services that I was using to research but since I had bought 3 other vehicles from Capital, I called to try and work with Capital. Ty found the vehicle and he did a great job getting us to an agreeable price. So we bought vehicle #4. I drive right past Wake Forest Ford to get to you. They just are out of touch. Keep up the good work. Kevin was great to work with in the Credit department.

Our sales person, Ron Springer(?), was excellent. Made the whole process fun without pressure.

Great deal and salesman

I had an excellent experience at Capital Ford with Larry Harris the salesman, Skeet and Wayne Barbour who helped nail down the deal and the guys in finance...the newest employee, Kenny and his boss! They all made me feel right at home and all were great to work with. I even received advice from someone in the service department, Richard, who assured me the Edge was a great purchase. I must add that this is my first Ford I have owned and everyone has assured me I will be pleased..and I am thus far! I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends, family and co-workers. You guys ROCK!!!!!
