My husband and I had a great experience once someone decided to help us. Augusto was getting ready to leave for the day when he saw us. He took the time to ask if anyone had helped us. We told him no that no one had offered to help us. We had probably been there for a good twenty minutes at that time just looking around. He took the time to help us.
