If it were not for the salesman Warren Grant, I would have purchased from another dealer. he is great, your service department and management do not understand about customer service and what it means to KEEP loyal customers!

I was greatly impressed with my salesperson, Jim Pitts. We spoke via telephone before meeting. He asked the type of vehicle I was interested in including color, features, extras. I received another call telling me he had several choices that fit my criteria and asked if we could meet. I followed up with a visit and he found a great automobile with many of the features and lots of extras that enhanced the deal. We talked money, trade in, etc and he completed the groundwork with the finance associates at the dealership. After a little give and take with the 'financial guru', we reached an agreement that was beneficial to both parties. I will continue considering Capital Ford first when I am ready to buy or trade vehicles. Jim Pitts will certainly be the salesperson I would wish to deal with in future transactions and will recommend his services to friends and family.

Very efficient. Jeff Van Larr in the service department was able to diagnose that our mini van was finally terminal at 307,000 miles on Monday. Many thanks to him for keeping that vehicle on the road for so long. He referred us to Jim Pitts who promptly identified the Explorer that we wanted. It had to be shipped from another dealer and by Thursday evening we were back in business. It was a pleasure doing business with Jim and Aric.
