Charles (CJ) Jones, was a great salesman and he made sure that it was his top priority that I get the vehicle that I wanted. Charles, offered great customer service and he was very professional. My experience was great. Ron Clifton was the gentleman who helped me throughout my experience. The way Ron handled this sale was by far the most enjoyable experience I have had with a used or new car purchase. He never put pressure on me or tried to sell me something I did not want. He accommodated all of my request to the best of his ability and followed up after the sale to make sure everything worked out well for me. I will certainly pass his contact info along to any one of my friends/family looking to purchase. If I was in management at Capital Ford of Raleigh, I would consider promoting him to some sort of management or senior sales role. If all your sales people work like him, there is no surprise you sell 300+ cars per month.

Jim Pitts was wonderful. I told him exactly what we needed, at what price point, and he found a fit. He kept working on the sale for about a week and a half, until we could make it work. He even drove by the house to return a sweater my son had left during a test drive. I will definitely recommend Capital Ford and Jim Pitts to my friends.
