I was very pleased with the services

Capital Ford good. Too many surveys and social media prompts bad.

The experience is always good and honest.

I was taken care of by salesman, Tony Watson, and given prompt and efficient service. I am totally satisfied with my deal.

Excellent Experience! Sales was quick and helpfull and not pushy. Finance helped get a great loan with very little time taken from by work day. Great exerience

Car, 2024 Fusion, came without a spare tire. As a result, when something is put into the trunk, the floor collapses. Tried to resolve the problem but got more of a run around than satisfaction. Paid too much for the car in any case.

Friendly service from Kenny since our original person was a no show and then the replacement he had for us was also a no show. Only problem we had was the original car we were there to view as requested had sold the day before but no one bothered to tell us. Yes we ended up with a purchase of a new car we are very satisfied with.

Tony Watson was a very good salesman. They were able to find the car we wanted at the price we could afford.

Salesman was patient and very helpful

The staff was very helpful and accommodating during my purchase.
