Wonderful, my wife and I have been experiencing credit problems for the past two years and are doing what is necessary to pull ourselves out of this position. I have gone to the Crossroads Ford place where I was literally disrespected after the found out my credit score. I was upfront about my issues but still, no one ever contacted me after I put in for online approval. When I contacted Ron Shaffer, I was again upfront about my situation. Ron treated me and my wife with the upmost respect and even though I understand the bottom line of the business is to make money, I will never forget this experience. I didn't think I would be able to make payments on a car since I have no credit but I called anyways and gave it a shot! I contacted Ted and he helped me out tremendously!!! The sales person was polite, friendly, helpful and not pushy. However, I feel let down following the delivery as I was given no instruction on how to use and operate the many electronics in the car. My last car was a 2003 model that had no electronics like today's cars.
