My wife and I went to the dealership just to look around at the new vehicles. Sales Consultant Jason Griffith walked out and met us and gave us his card and let us walk around and look. When we finished he came back out to ask us what we liked and if we were interestred in any vehicle. I told him the F250 looked very nice. We made conversation and he asked what would it take to drive one home. So we let him know our parameters about money and trade in and he asked us to stay a few minutes and he would let us know. After about 5 minutes he came back and said he could work the deal. So we started looking at options and he took us to the truck lot and the holding lot to find a vehicle that met my needs. There were none on the lot so he started looking at the locator and found one, he said he could have by the weeks end. We shook hands and left. During the week he contacted me three times to let me know he was looking and he found the exact one I requested. On thursday he called and said it was in so I drove 3 hours to see the vehicle. Upon visual of the vehicle it was not right and he quickly realized the difference but did not see it before. He apologized many times and couldn't be more sensitive of the situation and made me feel that he really cared. I told him it was no problem and he began to look more on the locator. It was not the fact that it was the wrong truck it was more of I drove 3 hours and had to go back 3 hours to work the next morning. So as I drove home he called and said he found the exact truck and would have it on Friday. So I took off early form work and drove 3 hours to see this truck. It arrived later in the afternoon and it was more than I imagined. It is my dream truck. Jason did an awesome job in as siting us with the process and understanding my needs for a vehicle. My wife and I finished the paperwork, Jason went over all the fine details of the vehicle and features assisting me with all the date entry and linking my phone to the system. In the end I felt very excited about my purchase and could not have had a better Sales Consultant than Jason. As I drove home in my new Ford F250 I felt like the king of the world.

Service was good the people very friendly. Very nice atmosphere while waiting.

Morris and I were referred here by Fred and Shirley Brown to Jason Griffith which is their sales person, that they have dealt with in the past. Jason was busy with someone else that had been referred to him but quickly got his co worker David Allen to help us. They were able to help get us a Kia Sontro. I am super happy with my experience and car!! Also Victor Ademola in finance was a tremendous help! Thank you all so much for everything and we will make Capital Ford our only place to do business!!

We experienced great customer service from both David Butler and Richard Capiletti. We enjoyed the whole process. They made it easy and broke everything down to make it simple for a couple first timers. I would highly recommend Capital Ford to friends and family. They really take care of their customers.

GREAT AND TERRI ROGERS WAS GREAT

This is the fifth car I got from capital Ford and the sales department was ok to work with, the finance department was ok as long as you you stick to your guns on what you want to spend each month. It the service department that I have a problem with. The last two "CERTIFIED" cars I got from there come with the "full service check list" on both of them they had that they changed the oil but it was not done and the last one even has a recall that has not been done! And the detail shop has a lot to be desired. I am going to send the car out to get detailed the inside is filthy.
