I was contacted by an Internet representative to sell my 2005 Ford Ranger. I brought the truck to the dealer and was offered a cash sale price of $9000. I was considering a 2014 Fiesta. Yesterday I sold the truck to CarMax for $11000 cash. I have purchased 3 new Fords and 5 used cars from Capital Ford over 18 years and always found you to be fair and honest - a cut above Crossroads Ford. I find it unbelievable that your offer for the truck was beaten by 22% ($2000). It appears that the reward for being a previous customer is to be taken advantage of. I will never again be able to trust Capital Ford.
