I've never been a big fan of buying cars, but I would return to Capital Ford just to work with our Salesman Larry Harris again.

Ron Shaffer is a great asset to your company. He shows excellent customer service!! I have bought to cars from him within a year. Jesse the finance gut was also excellent!! He got our payments where we wanted them.

Great experience overall. Meet my needs and very little pressure. Scheduling was a bit difficult but I wanted to maintain my sales relationship with one representative. This will continue to be an ongoing experience and I hope the level of service and commitment is maintained throughout my ownership years.

Overall a very good experience. Great salesman and finance department. However, the check engine light came on the night I bought my car. Maybe better inspection of certified used cars. They will be looking at it today.

When I called the showroom the phone service gave me a salespersons personal cell phone. He answered the phone very unprofessionally, I thought I had the wrong number! I felt overwhelmed when I walked in the showroom. Three men talking too close to me, shooting questions. Listening is important. I know you all have your salespitch and I realize your line of work is competitive, but I shouldn't of felt that if I didn't buy a car, that a man's lively hood was hurt. Thank you for listening.

I was so impressed with the customer service I got from Terri Rogers. She listened very well, was always polite, and she was extremely helpful when we were deciding on the right warranties and accessories for us. When we were struggling with the warranty decisions, she brought in finance manager Brian Anctil, and he did a great job discussing it with us.

My experience was excellent. My sales representative Jason Jones was outstanding. He worked magic to get me in the escape that I wanted. The entire staff was courteous & helpful. Love my car!!!! I will be back come time to trade in.
