Everyone was helpful right from the start, especially Shannon Fray. We had lots of questions since it was our first time buying a new car, and Shannon answered them all, meanwhile allowing us time to mull over this big decision. He was with us every step of the way, from test driving to filling out paperwork, to waiting on bank loan approval, to securing insurance to be able to drive away! One of my favorite parts was the test drive - where Wayne Barbour accompanied us and Shannon had a route where both my partner and I could drive - him on the Raleigh highway, and me on the rural road :) Kevin Davis and Chiovanna were also super helpful and accommodating. David Butler came out to congratulate as well - overall, a great team, and this includes the friendly faces inside the dealership throughout the 6.5 hour process!! Our brother-in-law is part of the Ford family so we already had high expectations. We're happy to say that they were all met!. I'm not only extremely happy with my new Focus, but extremely happy with Capital Ford and the customer experience there.

The salesmen Jim Pitts and Clarence were able to find a 2014 Mustang with what I wanted on the vehicle. They were able to find one near Savannah and made phone calls to secure the deal even though that dealership was hesitant at first. Jim showed me how to use SYNC and suggested that I attend a free class on Saturday which I plan to do. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the car has Pirelli tires. Overall, this was an excellent experience! Thanks.

We knew what we wanted, so there was not a long waiting period. Our salesperson was well trained. He knew hi business, and got us taken care of at a reasonable time.
