Salesman met us very shortly after arrival. Salesman was most helpful in locating vehicle that would meet our needs and in completing necessary paperwork for delivery. Delivery following sale was slow but there were several vehicles ahead of our sale.

The Lady and Gentleman I worked with were very experienced, and well educated on the selling product. I was very pleased with my time at Capital Ford.

My wife and I worked with Mike Weaver. He was very professional and easy to work with. I did not feel pressured to make a decision at that exact moment. He was very helpful in explaining everything during the process. He was also very understanding of my wife and I since we have a new born who was getting fussy as well. Overall I thought the purchase and negotiating went very well.

We had a fabulous salesperson in Larry Harris. My husband normally is not fond of salespeople in general but actually went back and sought out Larry to assist us with this purchase. Having Mark Roberts on sight was also a plus as he made the wait during the purchase process fun. It was such a great experience that my husband has already made plans to take my Dad to Capital Ford to look at some vehicles. Of course, only if Larry Harris is available. He was great!
