My experience was decent, just like any other dealership I have dealt with in the past. Both consumer and salespersons have to play the pricing "game", and the entire process takes a long time (4 hours plus in my case) from start to finish. The capital ford website is very annoying to deal with, you get popups (sales forms to fill out) on every single page you visit even after disabling the function (using IPad).

Everyone was friendly, explained everything thoroughly, didn't pressure us, and an overall wonderful experience!
