My husband and I assisted his elderly parents in making the decision to buy a 2014 Ford Flex. We found the car online and negotiated the price. Your used vehicle selection was great, i was able to find a truck for the price i was looking for. It was a bit annoying that it took us nearly 3 hours from the time we came in, to the time we got our first offer. You guys seemed really busy so maybe that is why. I was also a little frustrated that after signing all the paperwork they told me my truck was taken to the back to get cleaned up, we waited another hour and all it looked like they did was put a shine on the tires. There was dust and dirt all over the dash and arm rest. I spent 2 hours just working on it myself the next day. Overall, I was extremely happy with the experience and would recommend any one i knew to at least stop by your dealership.
