Everyone that worked at Capital Ford were attentive and informative. My husband did most of the meeting and discussion about our new vehicle, but he was pleased with the responsiveness of the sales people and their work at finding us a vehicle that we wanted. I felt that the staff went out of their way to explain our new car and make my husband and myself feel like valued customers.

David Marconi assisted me in getting a specific vehicle which he found in West Virginia and arranged to have it delivered the third day I was in Raleigh, NC. He even arranged for me to have a vehicle while mine was in transit. David called me to keep me in the loop and made sure he had everything necessary to complete my vehicle purchase. My finance person was Kevin Davis who was equally amazing to me during this process. Both are an asset to Ford.
