3 Star Sales Review

Great but overworked salesmen. I have purchased several cars from this organization, either capital or parkway. The one thing Capital lacks is the personal touch. If you want something you got to find it yourself, they don't have time to help you much. Parkway will work to sell you a car or truck. I recently traded my 2014 f-150 for a 2014 explorer out of need for more seats for kids. I explained my situation and that i needed an older truck to replace the one i traded. I was convinced that i could get a truck for the payment i was looking for, so i went on and traded. Well low and behold there is no such thing as a truck in that payment range, and i can only afford one big payment. Yes i am aggravated because i would have looked at other ways to get the extra seat i needed. Everyone is super nice but it all boils down to making a sale. The truck i bought prier to trading it for the explorer was a great deal but also lacked the personal touch. At parkway they make sure sink and services and sirus radio are all set up and activated before you leave the lot. I had to do all that with both vehicles the explorer i had to set up the 3 month sirus radio myself. Sale the car or truck get them out of the way and go to the next person (if you can get someones time in the first place) is how they made me feel. They do have great prices but that isn't always whats important. I feel like the salesmen are great but overworked. And am in no way wanting to get them in trouble or put them down. Management either needs to help out or hire more people to help.
