Mr. Cecil went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process. He answered every question no matter how many times I asked it. His demeanor was inviting and made me very comfortable with asking questions. He was extremely personable and knows what he's talking about. He explained everything in detail and in lamens terms so that I would understand and wasn't left out of anything. He followed up with a phone call or a text after every encounter, including the final pick up, to make sure I was 100% satisfied with EVERYTHING. I would recommend everyone to make an appointment with Mr. Cecil if they're in the market for a new car.
