I am 38 years old and am now newbie to car purchases. I would like to say that our sales person at Capital Ford was honest, kind, patient and eager. He was lovely to work with. However, it was the Finance Manager Mike Vevurka that really deserves the credit for this sale. He worked very hard to get us in the car we wanted at the best possible price. He even adjusted the deductible in order to ensure we could activate the Extended Warranty plan as well as the GAP insurance. He was so knowledgeable and patient. He really made the car buying experience easy and removed all stress from the equation. I will even let you know that I am from Fayetteville, North Carolina and not only would I recommend everyone I know and don't know to shop there but I would drive back to Capital Ford in a second for the next car. This one was to replace one I am giving to my daughter and my son is next. Way to go guys. You are, by far, the BEST car buying experience I have ever had!
