My experience was excellent. I was not going to buy another car that day and Moise' understood that and was still willing to tell me about the new line of Ford cars: feivta, focus, and fusion after 16 years of owning a 1999 Ford escort. I was thankful for that. He encouraged me to test drive the focus and fusion, then allowed me drive a fusion for 24 hours so I could make an informed decision about buying a new car after 16 years.

Fantastic. We came in late look for a used Explorer. Originally spoke with Doug via email and phone about a used explorer. We went up to look pretty late and spoke with Shawn who showed us a nice selection of used Explorers and a few New. We found a new one really liked. But it was late and we where undecided. We took it for a 24 he test drive and fell in love and purchased the next night. We had looked at Crossroads Ford the previous weekend and we has been very disappointed by the customer service which is why we made the 45 min drive to Capitol and we are so glad we did what a difference.
