Cj was excellent, he was the only salesman to approach me and ask if I needed help looking at a vehicle. Because of that he got a sale on a 30k vehicle. I saw two other salesman that I had dealt with about a month ago that were no help at all and didn't even offer. Now I see why Cj has so many salesman of the month awards. I never tried so hard to give someone my money and they not take it. I received a quote via email and sent in my credit info to secure financing. I confirmed on Thursday that I would be in on Saturday and that I did not live close so I wouldn't come to Raleigh unless I intended to purchase, which I do. I arrived at 9:30 on Sat morning to discover the car was not even there. Brett said he would let me know when the vehicle would be back so we could continue. I have since sent 2 unanswered emails, the last one being 26 hours ago with no response. I just don't understand what is going on and why there is no communication. Did I do something wrong? Do you not want my money? I'm very confused as to how I went through great lengths the ensure that I was able to complete the transaction on Saturday but not only do I still not have a ride but I cant get anyone to communicate with me. This is all after having totaled my vehicle 3 weeks ago. Not really what I need right now. I had to turn my rental car in last Thursday and now my 2 parent 2 child family is reduced to one vehicle. I can assure you that within the next few days I will be purchasing a vehicle. I still would like to have the opportunity to purchase your 2010 Eddie Bauer Expedition. I suppose if I were smart I would have given up by now, but that is the exact vehicle as the one I totaled. Its the only vehicle ive ever owned that I loved as much 4 years after I bought it as the first day I drove it. Please help! or at least tell me why you don't want my business so I can move on.

Salesman understood what I was looking for and my time constraints. He and the sales team found a vehicle at another out of state dealership, secured it and went to SC to pick it up in time for me to purchase it before I had to leave town, Excellent work all around/

It was good they provide me an alternative because I decided to change my old car ford focus for a new car because my other car it had a lot of troubles and I bought in Capital ford too. I wish don't have the same experience with this new. Is very important to me know that I have a car in good conditions.
