4 Star Sales Review

I have been looking for just the right truck for going on 8weeks. I even drove 10hours to check out a few. I found an 09 online and loved it. I emailed Capital and the next morning I received a from Ron. He was a super nice guy and we mad a deal that day over the phone. I drove close to 4hours on Saturday morning to come buy the truck. Ill think about Capital the next time im looking to buy.

4 Star Sales Review

Service after the sale is the issue. When we returned our F150 to the dealership for minor repairs, we were treated rudely and the customer service, rental and and service staff were very unprofessional. We were given the run around and treated as an inconvenience, The repair required us to leave our truck 3 or so days on two separate times however when we picked up the truck each time the repairs were not complete (speedometer calibration) The customer service rep, not the salesperson, that initiated the sale of the truck was rude along with the person that handled the loaner car. For instance, the person handling you loaner car informed us that it would take an hour to rent the loaner car we had just returned to the dealership. The question was asked, why so long since we just dropped off the car. His reply, you either want to rent the car or not, your choice. Rude, Rude, Rude. When we left your dealership, we were deflated and very disappointed. What had been a very positive buying experience quickly changed to a very disappointing experience. We took our truck to Deacon Jones Ford in Goldsboro and without question, the speedometer calibration was done at no charge and no questions asked. This was the first vehicle purchased from Capital Ford and the last. I guess once you get the sale your dealership is not interested in service and customer satisfaction. We will not be back, as though you care.
