We were more than satisfied with out salesperson (Alisha C). She was patient, listened to our needs and knew all of the features on the vehicles we looked at. She stayed with us through the entire process and made us feel as if our needs were the most important in the showroom. When we reached Jesse (our finance process) we were so amazed at what a great job he did for us. He made sure we understood all of our options, and he too made us feel as if we were his only customers of the day. Wow! We loved our experience at Capital Ford, and you can bet we'll be back when we are ready to buy or trade again.
